This is the beginnings of our all of our sausages.  This is great to use as a base for making your own sausages. Add other meats (venision is a favorite of ours) and your own spices to get creative sausages. 

Its also fantastic in soups and stews.  Add to ground beef for classic meat loaf or meat balls..
