A whole beef will yield roughly 400lbs of meat.  We charge $5/lb on the actual weight of the meat you recieve.  The $5 includes the animal and all burchering and packaging fees.  This represents about a 40% discount from retail prices.  Transportation fees will be at costs.  These can be offset by combining with a buying club delivery or picking up the meat yourself.  Please call Lee for more information.
