A side of beef will yield roughly 200lbs of meat.  We charge $6/lb on the actual weight of the meat you recieve.  The $6 includes the animal and all burchering and packaging fees.  This represents about a 30% discount from retail prices.  Transportation fees will be at costs.  These can be offset by combining with a buying club delivery or picking up the meat yourself.  Please call Lee for more information.
