Our ground beef sells itself. It is leaner than  most store bought stuff (we estimate 90% but that is not a tested number). The fat that is there doesn't cook down as much so that there is not that watery oil in the pan when you are done. The ground beef has all of the health benefits of grassfed beef plus comes from only one animal.
