The eye of round roast is a really interesting boneless cut from the flank that looks like a pork loin.  Some say it actually tastes like pork loin.  It is much less red than most of the the other cuts and is great grilled, braised or roasted.  Try one.  This is a really neat cut that you are not likely to find in a super market.
