Distribution - Getting the Beef to Your Table

Our goal is to offer a superior product to the consumer with a similar price to supermarket beef. Getting the beef to your table involves three steps: production, processing, and distribution. The supermarkets have big price advantages in all three of these areas due to their volume but we have an advantage in quality. We will not cut corners on production or processing because it affects the quality and safety of the end product.  Our methods in production and processing are why you come to us in the first place.

Our buying club distribution system allows not only for the freshest product but also for price savings.  First we can supply fresher beef, reduce inventory costs, and eliminate waste by getting the meat into the hands of the consumer as quickly as possible.  The sale is planned after all orders are received to minimize any unsold inventory.  That may mean that everybody gets one fewer T-Bone initially but it keeps your prices down.  Secondly by arranging a meeting place we can spend time with you, the customer, talking about our production and listening to your suggestions or concerns.  One of Broadview Beef’s goals is facilitating an environment that allows the customer to develop a relationship with those responsible for creating their food.
