Directions

Broadview Ranch is located about 6.5 miles southwest of Lexington, VA.

Warning: Some internet directions will take direct you along roads that either no longer exist or are unsuitable for horse trailers.

We’ve tried create a “computer-proofed” map to make it easier. Click on the link above and put your address in the box marked “A” in the upper left hand corner.

From Lexington

  1. Rt. 251 (Link Rd). Proceed south about 5 miles.
  2. Cross bridge over Buffalo Creek & turn left on Cedar Hill Church Rd (Rt 675). Go 1 mile.
  3. At “T” (no stop sign) turn right onto Zollmans Mill Road.
  4. Go 1/10th mile, road ends at Broadview Ranch.
  5. Follow gravel road behind Alan’s stone house and down to the barn.

From North and East of Lexington

  1. Take I-81 South or I-64 West to Exit 191. (I-81 and I-64 are the same road from Staunton to Lexington where they seperate)
  2. Take 1st exit off I-64, Exit 55 to Lexington.
  3. Go left on Rt. 11 South.Proceed thru 3 traffic lights.
  4. Cross bridge over Maury River, road forks so stay to left onto Rt.11 Bypass.
  5. Go straight through the next stop light and ”From Lexington Directions”.

From South of Lexington

  1. Take I-81 North to Exit 180 – Rt. 11 North at Natural Bridge.
  2. At top of exit ramp turn left onto Rt. 11 North. Travel ~ 7 miles.
  3. Turn left at the Rt. 11 bypass/Rt 251 intersection (traffic light).
  4. Follow the “From Lexington Directions”.

From West of Lexington

  1. Take I-64 east to Exit 55.
  2. Go right on Rt. 11 South.Proceed thru 3 traffic lights.
  3. Cross bridge over Maury River, road forks so stay to left onto Rt.11 Bypass.
  4. Go straight through the next stop light and ”From Lexington Directions”.
