Powhatan Riding Association Trail Ride and Camp Out

On Friday, June 13th through Sunday, June 15th the Powhatan Riding Association came to Broadview Ranch to camp out with their horses and trail ride.

Due to the extremely hot weather, high gas prices. etc., etc. only two people came to enjoy Broadview Ranch for the weekend.

Sisters, Susan from Powhatan and Sally from West Virginia met to enjoy a relaxing weekend riding and driving the fields and trails at Broadview.

Obviously veteran campers, they had their sites set up in no time, ready to enjoy the views.

Their horse, Lolli Polli and Izzyboo, enjoyed grazing in the corral they set up but also enjoyed the shade and comfort of the barn during the heat of the day.

We hope the Powhatan Riding Association will plan another visit to Broadview Ranch in the near future.
